Senior Operations Manager
Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi
Working Days : 6
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning, organization, and oversight of all operational activities to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term operational strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at a macro level, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions across multiple departments.
- Oversee and enhance logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring optimal coordination with regional warehouse teams.
- Spearhead the setup, management, and continuous improvement of the control tower department, providing oversight of regional warehouse activities and operational performance.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Address customer inquiries and operational issues, developing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Lead budget preparation and cost control initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing operational profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly within the e-commerce or retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of dental products and industry trends.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing a control tower department, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with operations management software (Vinculum eretail) and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to improve processes and outcomes.
