We are hiring for Service Now Developer Role Exp level: 3 to 10 years Location: Pune Preferred immediate to 15 days joiners Responsibilities Developing and handling ITSM products and other core modules of the platform like Secops or Now Assist and Service Portal. Work as L3 and perform development in Service Now platform and Agile Methodology providing solution and perform development for different Service Now Platform application with ensuring that technical solution and development adheres to be defined elite standards to improves the customer experiences and minimize impact on the support teams. Ideally 4 to 7 years of relevant Service Now Experience and in depth understanding of the ITIL framework. Experience in core system configuration and customize Service Now applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow. Proven ability to configure Service Now using Apply Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI / Data Policies, Flows, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with Java Script/GLIDE, HTML5 Must have experience working with Flow Designer and UI Builder Develop and deploy custom Service Now applications per organization established development practices Coding and configuring integrations between Service Now and data source systems Experience in web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc Participates in Agile and scrum ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value Excellent critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills
