Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Consultant (4-10)

Location: Pune

About Us:

We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow GRC Consultant to join our team If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
  • Develop and manage GRC workflows with a focus on automation for risk assessments, policy management, and audit management processes.

System Administration

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow GRC platform to ensure smooth and effective operation.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain platform integrity.

Integration & Optimization

  • Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) and third-party systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Optimize the GRC platform to improve risk management processes and compliance tracking.

User Support & Training

  • Provide support to end-users by addressing issues and answering queries related to ServiceNow GRC.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure user proficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into GRC activities and performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements to adapt GRC processes accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and system administration.
  • Strong understanding of GRC processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to support end-users.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data analytics for performance insights.
