Job Description: Python Developer (Django) Location: Kolkata (Onsite) Company: Webskitters Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Webskitters Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong proficiency in the Django framework and proven experience in leading development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend systems, guiding team members, and delivering high-quality technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure smooth project execution. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend architecture. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, and Product teams. Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices. Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain documentation related to development processes, APIs, and system architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Python and Django. Strong understanding of backend architecture, database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and ORM concepts. Experience in team handling or technical leadership roles . Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Solid understanding of version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving ability, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team management skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture.
