Join us to build meaningful, high-impact digital solutions Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Django/Python Developer to join our on-site team in Kolkata. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems, ensure smooth database integration, and contribute to building robust technology solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain backend applications using Python & Django - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code - Manage and optimize MySQL databases - Collaborate with front-end and product teams - Improve application performance and architecture - Work with REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrations - Follow best practices in OOP, security, and deployment Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Python/Django development - Strong understanding of OOP and backend architecture - Experience working with MySQL and ORM - Solid knowledge of Python, Django views, models, templates, and DRF - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields Preferred / Bonus Skills - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud) - Experience working in Agile environments Additional Requirements - Candidates must be based in West Bengal - This is a full-time on-site position at our Kolkata office
