Join us to build meaningful, high-impact digital solutionsRole Overview We are looking for a skilled Django/Python Developer to join our on-site team in Kolkata.You will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems, ensure smooth database integration, and contribute to building robust technology solutions.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Python & DjangoWrite clean, efficient, and reusable codeManage and optimize MySQL databasesCollaborate with front-end and product teamsImprove application performance and architectureWork with REST APIs, authentication, and third-party integrationsFollow best practices in OOP, security, and deploymentRequired Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Python/Django developmentStrong understanding of OOP and backend architectureExperience working with MySQL and ORMSolid knowledge of Python , Django views, models, templates, and DRFStrong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldsPreferred / Bonus Skills Experience with Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud)Experience working in Agile environmentsAdditional Requirements Candidates must be based in West BengalThis is a full-time on-site position at our Kolkata office
