Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall corporate communication strategy. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; Ensures that all content is current and relevant. Managing media outreach through PR agency as and when required through dissemination of press releases and acting as a corporate spokesperson for furnishing materials to the public, on updates on behalf of the organization on various content in adherence to the corporate budget. Collaborates with executive leadership and board of directors to develop the corporate mission statement and implement communications strategy for the corporation that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand. Liaison with Trade & Business forums: like CII, ICC etc.–enrolling- organization in all major trade forum through online and offline- conferences, events. Oversee and produce, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization. Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials. Work with marketing department to generate new ideas and strategies for offline and online marketing content. Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions. Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs. Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals. Manage Public Relations calendar. Educational Qualifications - Master's in Mass Communication/Journalism/Marketing will be most preferred. Experience - At least five years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or a similar role within a fashion or retail organization will be most preferred.
