
Establish and Grow IT Account Relationships

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to establish, maintain, and expand IT services/staffing accounts. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely delivery with Sales and Recruitment, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Owning key accounts: cultivating + targeted acquisition (upselling/cross-selling/new logos)
- Translating client objectives into delivery plans; ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence and quality
- Managing Statements of Work/Master Service Agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a candidate pool aligned to client demand; improving time-to-fill
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging risks and driving resolutions
- 1–5 years in Business Development/Account Management or BD in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing experience
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle/Agile and IT hiring cycles
- MSP/VMS expertise, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
