Finance Expertise - Enterprise Performance Management

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance professional to lead our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives. This is a full-time contract role requiring strong expertise in EPM/Finance Functional Consulting.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience as an end-user, power user, or administrator of leading Enterprise Performance Management tools, including Oracle EPM modules such as Planning and PBCS. Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with leading Enterprise Performance Management tools
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
