About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of EDI systems, identifying any issues and resolving them promptly.

  • Collaboration with the EDI team is essential to provide support and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • In addition, the ideal candidate will document processes, maintain records of system performance and issues, and provide user support and training to enhance understanding and utilization of EDI systems.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT or XML is required.
  • Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies is also necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing daily support tasks are also essential.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Gentran mapping or similar EDI tools would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations is also desirable.
  • Experience with SAP integration processes and technologies is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be an asset.
