EDI Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled EDI Support Engineer to join our team. As an EDI Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our EDI systems and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily checks on EDI systems to identify potential issues and ensure smooth operation.
  • Investigate and resolve failed EDI transactions promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Resubmit failed tasks and ensure accurate data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with the EDI team to provide support and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Document processes and maintain records of system performance and issues.
  • Provide user support and training to enhance understanding and utilization of EDI systems.
Requirements
  • Experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.
  • Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing daily support tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
