Job Title: System Reliability Expert

We are seeking a proactive and dependable System Reliability Expert to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) 24/7 team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response for production systems.
  • Work in rotational shifts to ensure system uptime, reliability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
  • Elevate issues to DevOps, QA, FinOps, and Security teams as necessary.
  • Execute predefined runbooks and document resolutions.
  • Maintain clear communication during incidents and handovers.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, NOC, or support roles.
  • Fundamental understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts – essential.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness of monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch).
  • Exposure to incident management processes and ITIL fundamentals.
