Quantity Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Manager to join our team.

  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure project accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Optimize technical specifications while meeting client requirements.
  • Validate and present Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to management for approval.
  • Review and check Receiving and Acceptance bills and final invoices.
  • Prepare amendments and validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Present different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Explore new products and propose them for approval.
  • Offer optimization suggestions in budgets and complete budget requirements within given timeframes without delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Study the Project scope in-line with design requirements.
  2. Validation of Technical specifications received from Design teams.
  3. Optimization of Specifications without any deviation in Client requirement deliveries.
  4. Validation of BOQs and backup workings.
  5. Presentation of BOQs and solutions to Management and getting approvals.
  6. Checking of RA bills and final bills.
  7. Preparation of Amendments.
  8. Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  9. Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
  10. Exploring new products and take them to approvals.
  11. Proposing different optimization options in budgets.
  12. Completion of Budget requirements in given TAT without any delays.
