We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle existing relationships with our clients and ensure we continue to 'farm' these relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research:
    • Work proactively with consultants to prepare client presentations.
    • Formulate research strategies to meet client requirements.
    • Map the universe of a given assignment or product area.
    • Take ownership of research reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Help carry out due diligence on short-listed candidates.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Attend client pitches and contribute as necessary.
    • Write detailed proposal documents and job specifications.
    • Research relevant product areas, staying up-to-date on new developments and changes.
    • Suggest speculative candidate ideas to consultants.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate data entry on our database.
    • Save data efficiently and accessibly.
  • Execution:
    • Interview candidates in a professional manner.
    • Attend candidate meetings and write detailed notes.
    • Manage the candidate interview process.
  • Telephone Work:
    • Network extensively on the telephone with sources and candidates.
    • Pitch roles to candidates and sources.
    • Obtain detailed career information over the telephone.
  • Desk Work:
    • Produce Research Presentations demonstrating mapped universes and profiled candidates.
    • Carve out top shortlisted candidates for client review.
  • Candidate & Client Interaction:
    • Attend candidate interviews and take detailed notes.
    • Conduct solo candidate meetings.
    • Interview junior candidates against set competencies.
