Job Title: Catastrophe Modelling Expert
We are seeking a skilled Catastrophe Modelling Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catastrophe modelling and experience working with insurance/reinsurance data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing a team of 5-6 team members to deliver high-quality risk assessment and exposure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing risk-specific observations to underwriters based on model results.
  • Supporting underwriters in all queries, exposure movement year over year.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancement and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in cat modelling/treaty modelling preferably with insurance/reinsurance experience.
  • Exposure to AIR touchstone, SQL, MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Excel/VBA programming language skills.
  • Team management skills.
