About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Child Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting child safety awareness programs across various schools in India.

The ideal candidate should have experience in training, education, and communication with children and adults alike. A strong understanding of personal safety concepts, as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012, is essential.

This freelance role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your schedule and work remotely. You will receive training and resources to ensure your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Awareness Programs: Deliver engaging sessions on good touch and bad touch to students aged 9-14 years old.
  • Provide Education: Educate students and educators about the POCSO Act, 2012, including their rights and responsibilities.
  • Develop Content: Adapt materials to align with student needs and POCSO guidelines.
  • Parenthood and Education Guidance: Offer training and guidance to parents and educators on child safety protocols and legal requirements under the POCSO Act.
  • Impact Measurement: Collect feedback to improve program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: Background in training, education, communication, or social work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
