Job Role: Strategic Marketing Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to manage our entire marketing cycle — from generating leads, running campaigns, and analyzing performance, to supporting sales with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships. Research and qualify leads using CRM, industry databases, and other tools. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and hand over qualified leads to the sales team. Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.
- Marketing Execution
Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels. Create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations). Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms. Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights
Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies. Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.
- Sales & Business Support
Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs. Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication. Work on customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
- Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
