  • Analyze data to assess therapy trends, customer segments, and evolving market dynamics, informing strategic decisions.
  • Recommend entry into new therapies and specialties, aligned with divisional vision and goals.
  • Implement innovative strategies and tactics to drive project success and growth, leveraging expertise and resources effectively.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for major marketing investments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Market Expansion and Customer Development
  • Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), overseeing KOL management strategies and relationships.
  • Maintain market intelligence and develop responses to competitor strategies, staying ahead in the market.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of Therapy Heads (GPMs) and Product Managers, providing guidance and support for career development.
  • Monitor performance against business goals, ensuring strong brand performance and profitability.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Ensure efficient cost and profit management across all operational marketing activities, minimizing waste and maximizing returns.
