About the Role

S K Translines Private Limited is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, videos, and social media posts.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize the company's online presence through effective SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Brand Marketing / Brand Manager or Consumer Insights / Market Research within the Transport & Logistics industry.
  • Experience in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Willingness to undertake more than 60% travel.
