Job Title: Retail Territory Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in assigned retail territories.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail sales management, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. You will be expected to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, and drive business results through effective sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets in assigned retail territories.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including store managers and buyers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies and plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Develop and execute training programs for retail partners.
- Provide coaching and feedback to retail partners on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
