We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Operations Specialist.

  • This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in HR delivery and process implementation, who can design, manage and scale HR processes while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR processes, managing people and driving business results. They will also have a deep understanding of compliance and labor law frameworks that govern day-to-day practices.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR delivery and process implementation is required.
  • Strong subject matter knowledge and ability to build best-in-class processes from scratch are essential.
  • Proficient in using HR tech software and digital tools to transform employee experience.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead by example.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR processes that drive business results. You will also be expected to manage people and teams, and provide guidance on compliance and labor law frameworks.
