Job Title: Enterprise VMware Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance virtualization solutions using VMware platforms and Windows Server environments.

The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure design, deployment and management, ensuring optimal system performance, availability and security across virtual and physical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance virtualization solutions using VMware platforms and Windows Server environments.
  • Managing and optimizing VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Providing technical leadership in the design, implementation and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi and NSX.
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP and Windows Server roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g. Veeam, Commvault).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira).

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
