Job Title: Human Resources Leadership Manager

As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for spearheading the HR function for Quality & Operations functions at the Indore Manufacturing site. You will provide strategic HR business partnership to the Site Leadership team, developing and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives. Your role will involve managing harmonious industrial relations and ensuring legal/statutory compliance across the site.

Responsibilities:
- As a Strategic HR Partner, your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource programs and practices. You will partner with the business to understand business needs and align people strategy to meet those needs.
- In Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you will be responsible for providing a talented workforce within TAT to ensure business continuity. You will identify manpower requirements based on business priorities and plan budget and hiring accordingly. Ensuring best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners is also part of your responsibility.
- For HR Manpower Planning and Budgeting, you will assist in the budgeting process for all HR items (manpower costs, opex costs) and headcount requirement. You will periodically review and monitor actual spend vis-a-vis approved budgets, optimum utilization of manpower budgets, and trend analysis to ensure manpower costs are within budget. Identifying opportunities for savings and realizing periodic savings is also expected from you.
- In Performance Management, you will drive continual performance management and Annual Compensation Review for the site. You will train line managers on goal setting and sharing performance feedback. Enabling business leaders to make appropriate decisions regarding promotions, compensation revisions, etc., is also an essential aspect of your role.
- For Talent Management, you will implement periodic talent management reviews and ensure development/retention plans are executed. You will create and implement succession plans for critical roles. Understanding talent priorities of the site, identifying development needs, and driving programs to address those needs is also your responsibility.
- In Learning and Development, you will promote a culture of learning and high performance. You will identify training needs, prepare a training calendar, and evaluate training efficacy. Working with the corporate HR team of the business unit to implement various training programs for the site is also expected from you.
- HR Compliance and Statutory Obligations: You will be responsible for ensuring HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory laws, maintaining records, and representing the organization at various associations related to Human Resources. Liaising with various statutory bodies and government agencies like Labour Office, Factory Inspector Office, Gram Panchayat, Welfare Fund Office, and PF to ensure compliance is also part of your role. Adherence to SOPs and documentation as per cGMP is required.
- Labour Management: You will maintain a harmonious and productive IR environment. You will keep track of productivity and identify scope for cost savings. Ensuring all statutory compliances are followed by manpower vendors is also your responsibility. Maintaining a healthy and productive work environment, identifying and resolving employee grievances in a timely manner, and taking appropriate disciplinary actions if needed as per laid-down processes is also expected from you.
- Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: You will implement initiatives and carry out activities on a day-to-day basis to impact key drivers of employee engagement. Leading wellbeing initiatives at the site with the objective of achieving holistic wellbeing of employees at the site is also an essential aspect of your role.
- HR Operations: You will supervise and review all HR operations pertaining to employee lifecycle with the objective of streamlining and bringing in more efficiency. Guiding and coaching HR team members to take higher responsibility, effective stakeholder management, and developing next-line leaders is also expected from you.
- Special Projects: You will support conceptualizing and executing special HR-related projects to meet specific business needs from time to time.
