AI-Powered Data Engineer Position

As a Data Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing software components and ML pipelines. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to adapt to the evolving landscape of AI-powered financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis using LangChain/LangGraph.
  • Implement core components including memory, routing, cache, feedback, and chains to enable our AI agents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, front-end, back-end, and data teams to drive innovation.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable systems that can handle large-scale document processing during due diligence.
  • Build FastAPI applications that serve AI-powered insights to investment teams.
  • Implement secure authentication and data access controls for sensitive financial information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering or equivalent internship/coursework/projects involving data analysis, machine learning, or software development.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with investment professionals.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in finance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph for AI workflow development.
  • Knowledge of Redis for caching and coordination.
  • Understanding of Cloud/GCP infrastructure.
