Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented finance professional to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documents.
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconciling bank statements and company accounts.
  • Keeping records of customer invoices and sending reminders.
  • Arranging for payments from customers and following up as needed.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Assisting in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Providing periodic updates to management on finance activities.
  • Assisting in company secretarial work.
  • Carrying out supplementary tasks in admin and accounts.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required by supervisors.
  • Maintaining proper filing of financial documents and liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
