Job Title: Project Manager
\As a skilled project manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining project deliverables and maintaining schedules to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business revenue.
\You will be responsible for defining effective project plans by liaising between customers and internal cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. This includes utilizing project management tools and methodologies to deliver approved project outcomes, accurately and regularly maintaining project logs and registers, reporting accordingly, and supporting project stages.

- Defining the project resourcing requirements for projects\
- Reporting all matters of significance affecting project objectives and deliverables to the project governance or senior management in a timely manner\
- Defining and updating the planning and documentation of all key project aspects including risk management, sprint, implementation, and testing plans\
- Leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams, providing support and guidance as needed\
- Analyzing complex problems, identifying critical issues, and developing remediation plans and strategies for delivering solutions\
- Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to required quality standards\
- Working as a team player within multi-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, sharing knowledge, and contributing proactively to achieving project goals\
- Using agile and lean project management methodologies to deliver projects\
- Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with project stakeholders\
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and reports\
- Providing expert advice and guidance on project management best practices\
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to improve their project management skills\
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues\
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery\
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution\
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks accordingly\
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures\
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management\
- Participating in regular project status updates and progress meetings\
- Adhering to organizational change management principles and protocols\
- Supporting business growth initiatives and strategic objectives\
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences\
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction\
- Contributing to the development of project proposals and business cases\
- Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and resource allocation plans\
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to meet project requirements\
- Ensuring timely completion of projects while meeting quality and regulatory standards\
- Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes and procedures\
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance project management skills\
- Engaging in performance monitoring and evaluation activities to assess project success\
- Communicating effectively with project sponsors and stakeholders to manage expectations\
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of project activities, decisions, and outcomes\
- Providing clear and concise written and verbal communication to project stakeholders\
- Utilizing data analytics and metrics to inform project decisions and drive business outcomes\
- Identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and impediments to project success\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and outcomes\
- Demonstrating expertise and knowledge in project management best practices and methodologies\
- Proactively seeking opportunities to improve project efficiency, effectiveness, and quality\
- Ensuring that all project activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives\
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced project environment\
- Performing other duties as assigned by management\
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field\
- PMP certification or equivalent\
- ITIL certification or equivalent\
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively\
- Strong leadership and team management skills\
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\
- Familiarity with project management software and tools\
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean project management methodologies\
- Experience working with cross-functional teams\
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records\
- Excellent organizational and time management skills\
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
