Job Title: Project Manager

As a skilled project manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining project deliverables and maintaining schedules to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business revenue.

You will be responsible for defining effective project plans by liaising between customers and internal cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. This includes utilizing project management tools and methodologies to deliver approved project outcomes, accurately and regularly maintaining project logs and registers, reporting accordingly, and supporting project stages.

• Reporting all matters of significance affecting project objectives and deliverables to the project governance or senior management in a timely manner\
• Defining and updating the planning and documentation of all key project aspects including risk management, sprint, implementation, and testing plans\

• Analyzing complex problems, identifying critical issues, and developing remediation plans and strategies for delivering solutions\
• Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to required quality standards\
• Working as a team player within multi-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, sharing knowledge, and contributing proactively to achieving project goals\
• Using agile and lean project management methodologies to deliver projects\
• Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with project stakeholders\
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and reports\
• Providing expert advice and guidance on project management best practices\
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to improve their project management skills\
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues\
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery\
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field\
• PMP certification or equivalent\
• ITIL certification or equivalent\
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management\
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively\
• Strong leadership and team management skills\
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\
• Familiarity with project management software and tools\
