Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical expert to craft and implement innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and refining machine learning models, with a deep understanding of statistical theory and modern AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to enhance model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Conduct large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • A PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications, preferably in finance, trading, image-based AI, biomedical modeling, or recommender systems industries.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
