Lead AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead AI Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

This role is part of our Advanced Analytics Competency Center, focusing on leveraging data, analytics, and AI technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop intelligent solutions.

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI initiatives, from business understanding to model deployment
  • Analyze and interpret findings to draw conclusions and recommendations
  • Develop strategic plans for enhancing business processes, including expected benefits and measuring ROI
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
  • Fluency in Python and working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini
