Senior Data Scientist Position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • Manage and plan data science projects, building advanced analytics models to drive business decisions.
  • Identify and implement statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning/ML models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain data models, tools, and capabilities to support business objectives.
  • Communicate findings to diverse stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Built, train, and lead a team of data scientists to drive business outcomes.
  • Foster an agile methodology for delivering on project milestones while maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Apply statistical ideas and methods to data sets to answer business problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.
  • 6+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in a related position as a data scientist or business analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in building models using Python, R, C, or C++.

This role is ideal for individuals who can convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
