Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • 4+ years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
