Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong expertise in configuring and maintaining Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) connections, data views, and binding dimensions aligned with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) schemas.

  • Configure and maintain CJA connections, data views, and binding dimensions aligned with AEP schemas to drive business insights.
  • Create and manage calculated metrics, filters, and segments to support stakeholder reporting requirements and enhance decision-making.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports for key business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including funnel analysis, pathing, attribution, and retention, to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Validate data integrity, stitching accuracy, and reporting logic by comparing against Adobe Analytics where applicable to ensure high-quality insights.
  • Collaborate closely with AEP developers and data engineers to guarantee successful ingestion and data preparation for business-critical analytics.
  • Support business users and analysts in interpreting dashboards and utilizing Customer Journey Analytics effectively to derive actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in setting up Data Views, calculated metrics, and Workspaces within Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the Adobe Source Connector, identity stitching, and profile merging processes.
  • Excellent skills in data validation, segmentation, and visual storytelling through interactive dashboards.
  • Able to work seamlessly across functional teams with business stakeholders and technical experts.
