About us:

What you will be doing:

  • Complete technical support for PCS/BESS products, including on-site work and remote assistance.
  • Troubleshoot PCS/BESS products on-site and guide customers to resolve simple faults independently.
  • Manage on-site spare parts for PCS/BESS products and track their inventory to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain relationships with on-site customers through regular communication and organize customer feedback.
  • Learn about the working principles of our PCS/BESS products, familiarize yourself with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide basic training to on-site customers.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Can communicate effectively in English
  • Is self-motivated and can plan and take action in ambiguous situations
  • Has experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing technical support for our PCS/BESS products, including on-site visits and remote assistance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting PCS/BESS products on-site and guiding customers to resolve simple faults independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to plan and take action in ambiguous situations. Additionally, you will need to have experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS.
