Transformer Sales and Marketing Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a penetration strategy across various transformer segments. This includes identifying new business opportunities in India and international markets, supporting the company's global expansion goals.

This role requires generating leads through direct client engagement, industry events, and channel partners, building relationships with utilities, EPC firms, and OEMs. The candidate must also manage the client lifecycle, conduct RFQ responses, technical proposal development, price negotiation, and contract closure.

In addition to these responsibilities, the individual will develop compelling sales materials highlighting the company's transformer strengths, work closely with R&D, production, and QA to align messaging and technical narratives, and set and monitor regional sales targets, revenue projections, and KPI tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical sales or marketing within the transformer, power equipment, or heavy electrical industries, a proven track record in B2B sales, and strong technical understanding of transformers, standards, eco-design, and renewable-energy applications.
