Key Finance and Strategy Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly accomplished finance leader with deep expertise in real estate investments, transactions, and asset management. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth, lead investment decision-making, and optimize performance across our luxury residential, mixed-use development, and commercial assets.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy to drive business growth and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking to inform investment decisions.
  • Lead complex investment structuring, joint venture negotiations, and large-scale acquisition deals to deliver high-value transactions exceeding $100M.
  • Manage due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution to ensure seamless deal completion.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, funding partners, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds to secure funding and partnerships.
  • Optimize portfolio performance, enhance revenues, and reduce costs through effective cost management and process optimization.
  • Oversee fund raising, debt funding, and equity capital structuring to support business growth and expansion.
  • Integrate ESG and sustainability principles into real estate investments to minimize environmental impact and maximize long-term value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years' experience in real estate strategy, investments, or corporate finance with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, and valuation with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management to effectively communicate with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Global exposure in GCC, MENA, or Southeast Asia markets preferred with a deep understanding of local regulations and market conditions.

Education and Certifications:

  • Master's degree in finance/management or equivalent with a strong academic record.
  • CFA Level 3 candidate preferred with a solid understanding of investment analysis and portfolio management.
