Job Opportunity: Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our organization as a Human Resources Business Partner. The successful candidate will serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and drive business outcomes.
