About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Strategist to lead our SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing initiative. This is a key role that requires in-depth knowledge of the SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with a strong focus on Guided Sourcing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and integrating end-to-end sourcing processes with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems to optimize procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and deploy sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management) across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2 years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
