  • Classify and prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - Work with Procurement stakeholders to understand the business needs and map them into system requirements.
  • Design SAP Ariba configurations that align with industry best practices.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, regulations, and data security standards.
  • troubleshooting and issue resolution along with SLA Adherence
  • Work closely with Procurement, IT, and business leaders to ensure successful deployment.
  • Liaise with SAP support, vendors, and consulting partners for issue resolution and upgrades.
  • Support implementation activities for any other SAP module implementations or any change requests in Ariba module.
  • Configure role-based permissions (RBP) and single sign-on (SSO) authentications
  • Work with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CIG), APIs, OData, and web services for seamless data exchange.
  • Design and implement integrations with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, third-party systems, vendor portals.
  • Support during system audits and usability assessments.
  • Monitor system performance, reporting, and analytics.
  • Conduct UAT and Provide training to procurement, finance, and supplier teams on SAP Ariba functionalities.
  • Ensure timely documentations are provided as per the DACO Standards and templates for all the support activities like configurations, customizations, testing and training.
  • RCA document preparation for recurring issues and to work on long term fixes to prevent future issues.
  • Follow up and coordinate with business users for any dependencies, ticket closures, requirement clarifications, updates, tickets progress, issue resolutions
  • Support master data corrections, mass data uploads, and validationsTechnical Responsibilities
  • Manage user access, role provisioning, and security permissions for Ariba modules.
  • Assist with minor configurations, catalogues, and template modifications based on business needs.
  • Build custom reports, analytics, and dashboards through Standards Analytical Apps
  • Support procurement teams with catalogue updates, supplier onboarding, and data uploads.
  • Modify procurement approval workflows as per business policy updates
  • Provide system logs and audit reports for regulatory compliance
  • Perform data migration and validation using Import/Export.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, and third-party systems
  • Develop custom forms, reports, notifications, alerts, and data validations.
  • Ensure smooth data exchange between Ariba and finance/procurement applications.
  • Resolve data sync issues between Ariba and backend SAP systems.
  • Handling the integration points of all Ariba Sub Modules.
