Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Jira administrator to take on a lead role in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Atlassian Jira environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Jira administration, governance, integrations, and best practices for enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead the administration, configuration, and customization of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.• Design, implement, and maintain Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Jira solutions.• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for Jira usage across the organization.• Manage user access, roles, and security settings in line with organizational policies.• Monitor Jira system performance, conduct regular health checks, and manage upgrades or migrations.• Integrate Jira with other enterprise tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jenkins, ServiceNow).• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support leadership and operational teams.• Mentor and guide junior Jira administrators or support staff.• Work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless Jira adoption and usage.
