The Mission

  • You have 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex, production-grade machine learning systems from the ground up.
  • Expertise in modern AI stacks, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
  • Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and comfortable writing the code to bring your architectural vision to life on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Strategic, systems-level thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to solve complex technical challenges.

About the Role

As our first AI hire and a foundational member of the company, you will be responsible for designing and deploying complex AI systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, and continuously evaluating and improving our platform's performance and scalability.
