Job Description

The role of an IT Support Specialist involves ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and applications. This includes configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of software and hardware.

As a primary point of contact for security technology-related issues, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Provide technical product support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Offer remote assistance to internal clients on system configuration
  • Identify and analyze system failures
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Document technical knowledge in a dedicated file depository/knowledge base

The ideal candidate will have experience with Access Control and CCTV systems, as well as proficiency in Windows Server Operating Systems and SQL. Knowledge of PowerShell programming is also desirable.

This role requires an engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent qualification. Working hours will be 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, including shifts and night duties.
