IT Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of subordinate IT team members, sustaining service level agreements for IT services, maintaining documentation for policies and procedures related to service efforts, designing and implementing future support offerings and modalities, ensuring compliance of IT related policies and procedures throughout the team, and supporting monitoring, analysis and optimization of service offerings.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on service experience.
  • CISA certification is preferred.
  • Proven successful execution/completion of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the daily activities of junior IT staff.
  2. Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  3. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports.
