Innovative Creative Lead

We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to lead our team in developing innovative campaigns that resonate with our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising, branded content, and creative agencies. They should possess a keen eye for design, film, and communication, and be able to work effectively across various mediums, including films, ads, branded content, and experimental campaigns.
- ~3–5 years of experience in the field
- A strong portfolio showcasing their creative work
- An ability to stay ahead of industry trends and culture
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, brainstorming, and designing full-fledged campaign ideas that meet client objectives.
Creative ProductionThey will oversee shoots, content pieces, and campaigns as a producer/director, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
TrendspottingThe candidate will keep the team informed about global creative work, trends, and innovations, enabling them to stay ahead of the curve.
