About the Role
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and hire top talent for full-time, part-time, and freelance positions.
  • Onboarding and Culture: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive company culture and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver workshops, training sessions, and performance reviews to help employees reach their full potential.
  • Creative Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative projects and campaigns.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage conflicts and maintain a positive work environment by resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a creative agency or production house.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
