Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of material receipts, withdrawals, and stock levels.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Issue materials as needed to support business operations.
  • Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of items in accordance with company policies.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform physical stock verifications twice a year to reconcile with SAP system records.
  • Utilize computerized and manual stock checking techniques to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Print and apply barcode labels on asset materials upon arrival.
  • Update asset numbers, descriptions, and movements within institutions according to location changes.
  • Ensure adequate record-keeping and manage documentation for material transfers between states with e-way bill processing.
  • Ccoordinate freight handling and movement of IT and non-IT materials.
  • Knowledge of scrap disposal procedures for all types of materials.
  • Foster a culture of overall inventory management excellence.
  • Monitor and control material receipt, disbursal, accrual, binning, issue, and dispatch processes according to customer priorities.
  • Promote excellent written and verbal communication skills among team members.
