Job Overview

We are seeking a Workday Implementation Specialist to join our team in India. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on complex configuration projects, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.

This role involves working closely with leads and stakeholders to plan and prioritize work, provide inputs on all phases of the delivery lifecycle, and collate and report status/impediments. You will also be responsible for leading and managing small implementation projects, managing workload for the team, and assisting in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.

  • Deliver solutions for at least one of the following modules: Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Payroll.
  • Identify scope, scope gaps, and address them.
  • Communicate and collaborate with project internal and external stakeholders for project success and plan inputs.
  • Assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizes capacity, and defines development and analysis timelines.
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
