Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Designer to join our organization.

  • To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment.
About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

  • You will design end-to-end solution architectures that prioritize scalability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing Workday-based solutions adhering to coding standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
  2. Oversight and support of Workday integrations with external systems to ensure data consistency and security.
  3. Providing expert-level support in Workday configuration, optimization, and customization.
  4. Defining technical requirements and assisting in creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  5. Guiding development teams, enforcing adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  6. Exploring and recommending use cases for innovative or emerging technologies relevant to Workday and enterprise architecture.
  7. Maintaining deep expertise in Workday HCM and other Workday modules also related business applications.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.
  • Workday certifications are required.
