Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager - Civil Engineering is responsible for coordinating and obtaining GFC for project sites. They will also coordinate with internal stakeholders for design approvals, materials selection, and QS reports on material quantity and costs.
Additionally, they will ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with approved parameters. The role involves overseeing civil and interior works for all offices, branches, and showrooms, including renovation and new construction projects.
The Project Manager - Civil Engineering will coordinate with architects to develop store layouts and work closely with senior management to finalize designs. They will plan manpower allocation to all sites and review progress regularly.
They will adopt best practices and processes to ensure interior works are executed to perfection. The role also involves assisting the PMO to track and update progress of new store launches and escalating issues as needed.
