Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead our construction team across residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the construction team across multiple projects.
  • Prepare accurate project plans, budgets, and schedules for residential and commercial projects.
  • Oversee tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify areas for savings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and contractual standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams.
  • Provide timely MIS reports and updates to leadership.
  • Develop and optimize project management processes, systems, and best practices for scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools, MS Excel, and construction management systems.
