We are seeking a highly skilled professional to identify and convert potential clients through Reddit communities, capitalizing on opportunities in this vast digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions that showcase expertise and thought leadership.
  • Hunt for client opportunities by identifying key questions, demand signals, and areas for improvement.
  • Execute outreach strategies while maintaining strict adherence to Reddit's community guidelines and rules.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities, providing actionable insights for future optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Reddit culture, be able to adapt tone and style per subreddit, and demonstrate exceptional written communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Reddit's culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules, ensuring seamless navigation of the platform.
  • Excellent written communication skills, enabling the creation of engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling, with a keen eye for opportunity and a drive for results.
