Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. A Chartered Accountant is required to prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • A thorough review of expenses will be conducted to ensure proper classification, recognition, and compliance with tax laws.
  • Revenue recognition processes will be overseen in line with accounting standards.
  • Timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) will be ensured.
  • Bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations will be performed to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Assistance in internal and external audits will be provided by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Variety of financial reports MIS will be prepared for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.
  • Experience in Team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards is essential.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with tax compliances and return filings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
